(CARE) is  a domestic professional platform-based integrated service company engaged in aviation emergency rescue invested and established by China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (CAS) to fulfill the responsibilities as a central state-owned enterprise, to promote the realization of the aviation great power development strategy with co-development of transportaviation and general aviation industries;

CARE will start from the development of pilot provincesand comprehensively promote the construction of the national aviation rescue and emergency system.
